Debra graduated with honors from ECU with a BS in the School of Home Economics, 1978. She has two beautiful daughters that tend to make her day, Kreth 21 and Laura 19, both attending UNC Chapel Hill. Debra and PeeDee Pirate (her black lab) don't hold being a Tar Heel against them, even though they are full of Pirate Pride! Debra has been in Real Estate since the mid 90's, and loves the sales side of her job. She also has her own property management company in the name of Debra W. Ball Real Estate. Debra has lived in Morehead City for 27 years. She enjoys the water, the gym, and being outdoors with PeeDee. Debra not only stands behind Golf & Shore Properties new developments but has purchased one herself! She currently lives in Reserve Green, Brandywine Bay and can strongly say "Brandywine is a great place to live." Cindy went into sales in 1982 and has been in Real Estate sales for the past 8 years. She is a past Vice President and President of the Ashe County Board of Realtors in North Carolina. Cindy was born in Vermont, has lived in Florida and the Mountains of North Carolina before settling back to the coast here. Mark's grandfather was stationed at Beaufort
Airfield during World War II as a marine and his family has called
Carteret County home ever since. Mark grew up going to St. Paul's Episcopal
church in Beaufort and was very involved in athletics. He still
enjoys the beach and the boat very much. In his spare time he
enjoys coaching kids in various sports. Mark has lived here his whole life and knows the county like the back of his hand. Mark has been working in residential real estate full time for over ten years, and he believes the client comes first.
